Rock The CASA recently received a mention from Ben Fong-Torres–former Rolling Stone magazine contributor and legendary rock journalist.
Dan Ashley, the KGO-TV anchor, fronts a rock band, Push, and they’ll be performing at an annual fundraiser he produces. This year’s headliner is Cheap Trick, with guests Jorge Santana and Brad Gillis. The show, on March 4 at the Lesher Center in Walnut Creek, benefits CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Contra Costa County and Friends of Camp Concord, which sends kids to a summer camp at Lake Tahoe.
